I have 41 + years in customer service and love helping people sort out unique situations. I love working behind the scenes to ensure our patient’s insurance information is up to date and as accurate as possible. In my free time I enjoy taking long walks around my neighborhood and spending as much time as possible with my granddaughter & grandson.

Izzy Williams is a 4th year Biology major and Spanish minor at the Ohio State University on the Pre-Dental track. She is currently involved with the Pre-Dental community at OSU as the President of Service, education and Activism in Dentistry (SEAD), a peer-mentor in the Pre-Dental club, a research assistant in the Kaspar Lab at the Ohio State College of dentistry and loyal volunteer at various organizations in the Columbus area.  While at home, she works as an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant in Portsmouth, NH. She loves to ski, run, try new coffee shops, and cheer on the buckeyes. Izzy  looks forward to gaining more real life dental experience with Merion Village Dental during her time in Columbus.

Amelia is from Newark, Ohio and graduated from Denison University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. In college, she found a passion for marketing and decided to pursue it as her career here in Columbus.

She enjoys social media, writing and photography as a part of her every day work and personal life. In her free time, you might find Amelia publishing articles online, drinking coffee at local shops, Instagramming, or taking photos of her dog and cat, Frankie and Milly.

Gaile was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Marion Franklin High School. She joined the Merion Village Dental team in 2018 as a Patient Care Coordinator. Gaile loves to travel and has been all over the Caribbean. She would even consider it to be a second home to her. When she is not at work or planning her next travel adventure, she also enjoys watching Netflix and playing with her dog, Salem.

Originally from Pikeville, Kentucky, Tim is a graduate of Alice Lloyd College, where he earned a BA in Business Administration. Tim joined the MVD team in late 2014 and has proven to be a great addition to our Scheduling Team!

Tim’s coworkers would describe him as organized, fun and understanding. He’s an avid fan of UK basketball and has thoroughly enjoyed the team’s recent success on the court!

Rachel has been a member of the Merion Village Dental team for more than ten years. An outdoor enthusiast, Rachel and her husband, Chris, enjoy embarking on the next adventure every chance they get. Zip-lining, whitewater rafting and bungee jumping are just a few of their recent escapades and they aspire to try hundreds of new activities in the coming years with their son, Conner.

Greg was born and raised in a small fishing town on Lake Erie. After graduating from high school, Greg moved to Columbus to study Business at The Ohio State University.

Greg is our Business Office Team Leader in charge of Hiring and Customer Service. He also has a passion for technology and as IT Manager he manages the security of our patient records, keeps us up to date with the latest dental software and is always on the look out for a system to keep our office running smoothly.

Greg and his wife, Suzie, enjoy traveling with their sons, Andrew and Lucas, and spending time with their dog, Bruno.

Sarah was born and raised in the local German Village area. She was a long time patient at Merion Village Dental and loved the office so much that she decided to join the team in 2010!

Sarah came to MVD with a strong banking and customer relations background. She loves to meet all of the new patients, as well as maintaining relationships with our existing patients.

In Sarah’s spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and high school sweetheart, Mike, and their four beautiful children. She enjoys spending evenings at the lacrosse and softball fields watching her girls play sports as well as spending time at the local parks around Columbus with her family. Sarah enjoys shopping, playing cards and watching the Bucks beat that team up North!
