Dentistry During COVID-19: What You Need to Know
Dental visits are a common source of anxiety for many people. Now add a global pandemic and your oral health might take a backseat. Here at Merion Village Dental, we want to assure you that you are in the best hands when you step into our office. While we might be living in a time of uncertainty, one thing is certain: your dental needs do not pause for a pandemic.
What is Different in our Columbus Office?
Things might look a little different when you come to your appointment at Merion Village Dental. We have extra safety measures in place to ensure that you and our team are safe. Before your appointment, you can wait in your car to limit your contact with others. Just let us know when you arrive, and we will send you a text when we are ready to see you. We do ask that you wear a mask when you enter the building.
Once you come in, you will notice that our reception area is set up for appropriate 6-feet social distancing. We will give you a health questionnaire and take your temperature to ensure you do not have a fever. We will also take the temperature of every employee as they enter and leave the building. Every team member will be wearing the appropriate PPE and we are taking extra sanitary precautions on top of our standard cleaning protocols.
What Remains the Same?
One thing that a pandemic cannot change is the constant care and support you will receive from the MVD team. Your oral health is our number one priority and we will continue to provide state of the art dental care to the Columbus, Ohio area.
Always remember that we are here for you. Our team is equipped to answer any questions you may have, and you can always reach out via text, email, or even social media. No time to chat? You can even schedule online.
